We stand behind every hand-painted artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer:

30-Day Return Policy

• Full refunds for original artworks within 30 days of delivery

• Free replacements for damaged items (see below)

• Exclusions: Custom orders (personalized sizes/colors) cannot be returned

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us First at support@belovedpawprint.com within 30 days

2. Pack Securely using original packaging (or equivalent protection)

3. Ship Back to our studio address (we'll provide details)

Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping

Damaged Artwork Protocol

If your artwork arrives damaged:

1. Document Immediately:

   • Take photos of damaged item AND packaging

   • Have courier note damage (if present at delivery)

2. Email Us at support@belovedpawprint.com with:

   • Order number

   • Damage photos

   • Courier documentation (if available)

3. We'll Respond Within 24 Hours to arrange:

   • Free replacement shipping

   • Insurance claim processing

Refund Processing

• 3 Business Days after we receive return

• Payment Method Timelines:

  • PayPal/Shop Pay: 3-5 days

  • Credit Cards: 7-15 days (bank processing)

Important Notes

• All pieces are original and hand-painted - minor variations are normal

• Custom orders are final sale once approved

• Retain packaging until certain you want to keep artwork
