Q: Can I request changes to my artwork during creation?
A: Yes! We provide work-in-progress photos and will make essential revisions until you're satisfied.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: All artworks ship via DHL、UPS、Fedex Express.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Typically 5-7 business days after completion. Creation takes 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Worldwide shipping is included. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it immediately (100% insured shipments).

Q: Do you accept returns?
