During the painting process, the artist will show you photos or videos of the pet memorial item you ordered.

You can express all your wishes, such as regarding colors and tones. The artist will make all necessary modifications. We will only proceed with firing once you are completely satisfied with your work.

We offer free replacements for damaged items. If your item was damaged during shipping, we apologize and ask that you send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damaged pet urn. We will then contact the courier and we will ship a replacement within a few days.
