We stand behind our work with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

For items damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement service.

Simply contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged urn, and we will remake and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.
