During the painting process, the artist will show you photos or videos of the pet memorial item you ordered.

We offer free replacements for damaged items. If your item was damaged during shipping, we apologize and ask that you send us a message with your order number and a photo of the damaged pet urn. We will then contact the courier and we will ship a replacement within a few days.
